Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a new lens pair?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, give your pair a name, select your replacement schedule, and you're all set.

Can I track different types of lenses?

Yes! Enable Multi-Pair Mode in Settings to track up to 2 different lens pairs simultaneously - perfect for daily lenses and colored lenses.

How do reminders work?

Go to Settings and enable reminders. You can choose to be notified 1, 2, or 3 days before your lenses expire, and set your preferred reminder time.

What happens to my data?

All your data stays on your device. LensAlarm doesn't have servers, accounts, or cloud storage. Your lens data never leaves your phone.

I replaced one lens but not the other. What do I do?

Long-press on the lens card and select "Replace Lens" to reset just that individual lens while keeping the same settings (replacing with a new pair from that same box).

How do I delete all my data?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Reset All Data" to clear everything and start fresh.
